A few people may be intolerant to some food additives and interestingly, it doesn’t depend on whether the food additive is derived from a natural or artificial source. More people are actually intolerant to common foods such as peanuts, milk or eggs rather than food additives.
The labelling of food products helps people who are sensitive to some food additives avoid them.
